Optical Cartridge Management

Does anyone out there have or have heard of software to manage Optical
Cartridges created on a 3995 attached to an AS400?  We have RealVision Report
Management and create quite a large number of these cartridges and it's getting
to be a pain tracking them manually.  There is also quite a lot of manual effort
constantly checking to see which cartridges are almost full so they can be moved
out of the 3995 and replaced with fresh ones.  It seems like a Tape Management
System would be close to what would be needed except the cartridges would never
return to the scratch pool.
