The usual and customary method is to create a file on
the 400 first, key in a dummy record, download it and
save the FDF file. Then, clear the file and use the FDF
file to upload the real data.

Subject: The FDF file on a transfer

I am trying to upload an Excel spreadsheet up to the 400 using the Send
icon on my tool bar. The transfer is looking for an FDF file, and I can
remember building the FDF on the fly in the past. But I cannot seem to
locate the icon or button to accomplish this.

I went looking in the archives, but could not link to the site for some
reason. Any help would be appreciated.

important things in life, there would be a shortage of fishing poles!
