Steve, I generally prefer that the letter I get from a corporate officer
still be notarized...!  And in a few rare cases I've just turned the
situation over to IBM.  I figured they've got a whole legal department
with nothing better to do but raise hell over petty insiginificant stuff
anyway, so give them something useful to do...:)
