Depending on your security policies, you may consider a variation on what we
are doing. Our theory is that everyone who works in a particular department
ought to have access to all reports of everyone else in the same department,
unless the end user knows that something they are working on is confidential.
So everyone in the department is in a security user group which owns the
spool file that their reports go to. No copies needed. See a report you
want to access ... just do it. Have a people policy about not killing other
people reports unless appropriate permission given, and make sure they all
know that if you print a report without saying *YES to hold it after
printing, then it is gone.
