Two thumbs up!

If due to prior employment constraints (when you walk, you walk empty
handed) Give them a week to bring in a working subfile "work with" table
maint with edit/delete/add/list capability. Commands, programs, DDS or
UIM/SQL ... let them show off a bit.

They can get time real cheap on the net.  Just the drop out rate by
making the request will prove Darwin was right in his theory of natural
selection.

If they can't even pick a table, any table, that's the first clue ;)
