As far as I know this is still a SNADS thing and not a TCP/IP issue.
General steps:
WRKLIND on SYSTEMA.  Write down EXCHID.
WRKLIND on SYSTEMB.  Write down EXCHID.
CRTCTLAPPC on SYSTEMA.  Call it SYSTEMB.  For RMTCPNAME use SYSTEMB.  For 
EXCHID, use the one from step 2.
CRTCTLAPPC on SYSTEMB.  Call it SYSTEMA.  For RMTCPNAME use SYSTEMA.  For 
EXCHID, use the one from step 1.
Vary the two controllers on around the same time.
On both machines, CRTCFGL TYPE(*APPNRMT)
On SYSTEMA:  ADDCFGLE TYPE(*APPNRMT) APPNRMTE((SYSTEMB *NETATR *NETATR SYSTEMB))
On SYSTEMB:  ADDCFGLE TYPE(*APPNRMT) APPNRMTE((SYSTEMA *NETATR *NETATR SYSTEMA))
On SYSTEMA:  ADDDSTQ    DSTQ(SYSTEMBQ  ) RMTLOCNAME(SYSTEMB  ) MODE(#BATCH)
On SYSTEMB:  ADDDSTQ    DSTQ(SYSTEMAQ  ) RMTLOCNAME(SYSTEMA  ) MODE(#BATCH)
On SYSTEMA:  ADDDSTRTE  SYSNAME(SYSTEMB) FAST(SYSTEMBQ) STATUS(SYSTEMBQ) 
DATAHIGH(SYSTEMBQ) DATALOW(SYSTEMBQ)
On SYSTEMB:  ADDDSTRTE  SYSNAME(SYSTEMA) FAST(SYSTEMAQ) STATUS(SYSTEMAQ) 
DATAHIGH(SYSTEMAQ) DATALOW(SYSTEMAQ)
On SYSTEMA:  ADDDIRE USRID(*ANY SYSTEMB) USRD('*ANY ON SYSTEMB') 
SYSNAME(SYSTEMB)
On SYSTEMB:  ADDDIRE USRID(*ANY SYSTEMA) USRD('*ANY ON SYSTEMA') 
SYSNAME(SYSTEMA)
On SYSTEMA:  Add directory entries for each local user on SYSTEMA.  With the 
*ANY you don't need any remote entries for SYSTEMB.
On SYSTEMB:  Add directory entries for each local user on SYSTEMB.  With the 
*ANY you don't need any remote entries for SYSTEMA.
STRSBS QSNADS on both machines
Test SNDNETSPLF.
You may want to create dummy users.  For example, if you want to send something 
to printer P1 on SYSTEMB, then create a userid of P1 on SYSTEMB.  Also, give 
them a directory entry on SYSTEMB.  You'll not need a directory entry on 
SYSTEMA because of the *ANY entry.

Tried sndnetsplf.    It crashed.  Does anyone know what the setup for it
should be.,  EX:  go cfgtcp??

Put each entry in a file.  Then have the SNDNETSPLF run for 
each entry in the file.  Turn maintenance of the file over to 
someone else.

is there a simple way to send copies of a report to multiple users.

i am now coding sndnetsplf to the users in the cl's. due to turnover it is 
becoming a chore.
