Does anyone know if the File Scope
Array returned by the API QDBRTVFD (Retrieve File Description) is
ALWAYS grouped by the Format name column ? My tests indicate that it
is, though I do not see any API documentation that would allow me to rely
on this assumption. Thanks - Dave K.
