Al,

Um, gee, I almost hate to say this, but this time it's actually you who is
wrong.  (NOTE: Every other time Al's corrected me, he's been 100% correct!)
I just tried this on a V4R4 machine at security level 30 and it still works
the way I described.  I'm sure that you're correct that it was fixed, but
with the qualification of level 40 and higher only.
