Come on Phil - what about the stock options at your already established
company.  ;)

One shouldn't be insulted with stock options - when it cost/loses you your
own money.  I was offered stock options at a discount to help keep my
employment at my former - now defuncting - company.

A bonus is nice, however, I would rather have a larger pay package than the
bonus.  I don't care to have something dangled in my face and then taken
away at ones will.  Pay me well - say Hi every once in a while - and let's
get business done.
