Sorry ... here are the details:

The subject was: "OPNQRYF - duplicate field name error"
It was sent today at 15:13:28 (cst)
The actual virus was "WScript.KakWorm"

The protection I put in place when it was discovered has blocked two more 
copies of the virus from being distributed.
