I do not agree.  I think printers use their own *JOBD's.

To eliminate job logs from printers, execute the following 
commands:

CHGJOBD    JOBD(QSPLPRTW) LOG(0 99 *MSG)

CHGJOBD    JOBD(QSPLAFPW) LOG(0 99 *MSG)

CHGJOBD    JOBD(QSPLRMTW) LOG(0 99 *MSG)

CHGJOBD    JOBD(QSPLSTRWTR) LOG(0 99 *MSG)
