If you are running V3R2 and are trying to get V3R1 TCP/IP to work,
I think you are looking for a very --interesting-- experience.
Seems to me the TCP/IP developers have been making changes pretty
fast and furius... I doubt that they have been maintaining the
ability to run TCP/IP on the wrong release.
