Thanks for your kind offer. I was more interested at this stage in any 
operational issues you recalled,as the product seems to be.... unreliable. 
I was hoping I had done something wrong and could get some pointers on what 
it was.

I may regret not taking you up on your offer sometime down the track, but 
I'm filing your name in my "list of people to beg for help from/ondemand" 
directory.
