You can use the nslookup command on the 400 providing you are at v4r3+
It dos not appear like it works from a command line,
I started it like this --> NSLOOKUP DMNNAMSVR('150.159.216.206')
And at the terminal screen I typed:
> set type=MX
then I typed yahoo.com and was returned the following info:
> yahoo.com
Server: ns2.lci.net
Address: 150.159.216.206
Nonauthoritative answer:
yahoo.com preference = 1, mail exchanger = mx2.mail.yahoo.com
yahoo.com preference = 0, mail exchanger = mx1.mail.yahoo.com
Authoritative answers can be found from:
yahoo.com nameserver = NS3.EUROPE.yahoo.com
yahoo.com nameserver = NS1.yahoo.com
yahoo.com nameserver = NS5.DCX.yahoo.com
mx2.mail.yahoo.com internet address = 128.11.23.199
< big snip>
mx1.mail.yahoo.com internet address = 128.11.23.247
NS3.EUROPE.yahoo.com internet address = 194.237.108.51
NS1.yahoo.com internet address = 204.71.200.33
NS5.DCX.yahoo.com internet address = 216.32.74.10

Make sure, however, that you don't just look for the IP address of the
domain ... many domains do not have a IP address, just a MX or Mail
eXchanger record.
MIDRANGE.COM operated that way for years before the web page went online.
