As Terry's now found out, the simplest way to change a remote output queue is to
end the remote writer, with the ENDWTR command, then use the Work Output Queue
Description (WRKOUTQD, not WRKOUTQ) command and press F13 to change. No need to
recreate each time you need to make a change.

Subject: How do you change a remote outq?

We have a remote outq specified on one of our as/400s used to move reports
though a SNADS connection to a bigger 400 which actually has the printer
attached. We need to change the name of the remote outq the reports are
moving
to. I can't seem to locate the command used to change this. Any ideas?
