For those of us poor slobs who are not allowed to use Code/400 a change to
SEU would be welcome :-) In any case it may or may not be trivial to write
this sort of thing since you would have to pre-process the header files to
get the parameters... Well half the work is done already in the compiler (
as far as validating variables and their types)
