We use Applix Enterprise.  It runs on NT(you could always use a integrated
server) and it uses almost any database, I don't believe DB2 is supported
but I have heard that it will work.  It has its own little language that is
like VB, but easier and better.  It can be used as a Java client or it has a
PC Client.
