There are a number of options available.  They range from free to 
relatively inexpensive.

You could also write your own.

There are several in TAA Tool.

The complexity, cost and CPU overhead are proportional to the tasks 
required.  For example, if you have AFPDS printing, there is more overhead, 
and most tools tend to use only one of the various methods.
