RE: pdf files

Apparently, this is another case where AFPDS spoolfiles are not handled with
this program.
I tried it on SCS printfiles and it works like a charm.

Are there any tools or code that will take an AFPDS spoolfile and write it
to the IFS?
I know of the commercial products that will do this, however, I was trying
to find a 
very cheap way of doing this.  It is one of those cases where it would be
good to have, but 
not a need to have.   

Also, I know that you can always override the device type to *SCS and rerun
the application.
However, not all applications are meant to be rerun and you also lose a lot
of the "features" of
an AFPDS spoolfile.

Any feedback would be appreciated.  (Also, thanks for the help, Buck.)

Run it interactively and then DSPJOBLOG. There should be something in there 
that will give you a hint. If that doesn't help, send Joe Pluta a message. 
He's a bit of a Java evangelist, and seems always willing to help. I'm 
using it to produce files in the root file system, but I don't believe that 
should matter.
