We are having an problem with Telnet to our AS/400 that I am having problems
tracking down and wondering if someone can give a few ideas.

The problem is that Telnet sessions will lock up and eventually disconnect
throughout the day. It happens with Client Access V4R3, V4R4 and on IBM
Netstations so it's not down to one specific software. I've checked with
our WAN engineer and nothing abnormal on the frame relay. I've check Telnet
Attributes. The session keep alive timeout value (TIMMRKTIMO) is set to
*CALC. QINACTITV security value is set to 180 minutes. We are running
V4R4. PTF Level 0049. No hardware errors, no messages in QSYSOPR.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!
