Several different ways, but printer emulation tends to get in the 
way. HPT will be the way to go. Start out by using a standard
PRTF defined with DDS. You can do several "LARGE" point fonts
using this method. Other folks have also used  RPG to pass the
printer control string directly to the printer in question.

Both methods require some screwing around to get the desired results.

APF is proably another method you could use, but the learning curve
goes up a little more.

There have been at least 5(?) different Red Books on the subject 
of printing. 

There is also several different packages(including IBM's)
available to do more advanced functions.....
