I have used it to convert 200cpi spool files.  Take a look at the code it
uses the CPI from the spoolfile.  I had problems with 200cpi
printouts and had to change 1 line of code.  I suspect that this will work
for you.

     WHEN      siCPI = 167
to    WHEN      siCPI >= 167
