• Subject: Media Definition? What the heck is that?

If you look at the SAVLIB cmd, you see that there's been a new parm value
which was (evidently) been ptf'd as of a recent CUM. It's *MEDDFN which is
a media definition.  

Now, I inderstand the concept, but my manuals don't cover this, at least
not that I've seen things like "Save restore manual...".  What is the
400's definition of a media definition and how does one make one?
