Hi Phil -
I think your problem is that you need a "?" in front of your command:
I '?CHGJOB(' (etc.)
otherwise, you will only see the fields you have specified in your command.
Also, note that "??" in front of a parameter means that the user can
modify it.
"?*" means that the user will see it, but it will be read-only; "?-" means
that it will be invisible to the user.
