FYI, my problem with netserver not automatically starting after IPL
on V4R3 has been solved. As stated by documentation, the netserver
is supposed to start when subsystem QSERVER starts. My problem was
caused by an incorrect startup sequence in the QSTRUP program. Make
sure that STRTCP is issued *before* attempting to start subsystem
QSERVER. Changing this has fixed the problem.

we have CAexpress. I know there are some problems with the windows network
neighborhood, but my problem is that I want to see it in the network
neighborhood w/o having to install CAE or CA v.3.2.

Subject: RE: AS/400 and Network Neighborhood
My problem is that I would like to access my AS400 through Netserver w/o
having to install CA. With Netserver installed on the AS400 they say you're
supposed to be able to see your AS400 as a computer in the network
neighborhood window. Now I have CAE installed on my workstation with
NetServer up and running on the AS400 but still no occurences in the darn
window...
I like things that don't do what they are supposed to.
