The main problem is that it is a relatively large business computer only. A
small business, or a family with a bunch of computers that wants to network,
does not think AS/400. You lose tremendous name recognition right there.

Advertising to the trade, is difficult, when people are more familiar with
MS & Unix from home, high school, and the like. What would help, would be
free product info seminars, about the AS/400, much like they are doing with
Websphere. I'm not sure if they used to do these with the AS/400, but I
don't see much of this today.
