Help can't find CEEDAYS API's

I found some code that Uses CEEDAYS, CEEDYWK   API's,  I don't find these
objects on my V4R3 system, what library  am I  missing or did not purchase ???
The IBM  API manuals point to using these things only they ASSUME you have them
already.  I did WRKOBJ   CEE/*ALL *ALL, and  I have plenty of authority.
