Is the directory you put the stuff in (on the IFS) match what your PASS
statement is in the HTTP config file for the HTTP server instance you are
running?

If your pass statement in your HTTP server instance is

PASS  /*     /mydir/*

Then you better put your stuff in "mydir" directory on the IFS

Hi All,

     I am trying to generate XML from a cgi program(RPG) and send this
back to the browser. I include a line for the stylesheet, but I always get
something similar to the following in the browser:

     <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="testxml.xsl"?>
     <PATIENT>
     <DEMO>
     <NAME>THERESE KELLY</NAME>
     </DEMO>
     </PATIENT>

     The XSL formats the data into a table. I have the XSL loaded into a
directory on the IFS. I also created a temp file in the same directory
which included the XML data and entered that file name as my URL. The
browser displayed everything correctly. I am assuming that the AS/400 HTTP
server can handle this, I am just passing it to StdOut in the cgi program
wrong.

     Does anyone have experience with this? Any insight would be
appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Ken Ruthven
