SMTP to NT Exchange as Relay

Hey everyone,

I have setup our AS400 V4R4 to send e-mail to the world thru our exchange
server.  Works Great, except we cannot receive mail from the Exchange server
to the AS400.  Does anyone know what to add to the exchange server to act as
a relay server back to the AS400?  This will be for internal use only.  The
outgoing mail is from user@as400.private domain.  How can I get the Exchange
server to send everything for as400.privatedomain to our as400?
