Insert Quote (was no subject)

Assuming you want to shift the characters to the right of the quote one
position to the right as you insert the quote the following will work.
                                                           
C                   eval      ResultString =               
C                               %replace('''''' : String : 
C                               %scan('''' : String) : 1)  
                                                           
You'll have to adjust for multiple occurrences of quote <'> within the
string or two quotes <''> already present.
