In other words Nina, IBM is getting Operations Navigator installed and 
functioning just about in time? 

You know, if IBM can get Ops Nav performing with any sort of quickness 
then OS/400 will become a whole lot easier to operate than any PC network 
I've ever seen.  Gosh just stop and think of the granularity of the 
security with Ops Nav for instance. 

I admit I had not made the mental connection until your post, but now I 
realize that an AS/400 with Ops Nav is a truly potent package.

we discussed the as/400 and perception, and he said what he sees again
and again, is a shop where the as/400 is solid and stable, and then a
p/c type employee is hired.  they then trash the as/400, and gradually
get things off of it. and the main reason they don't like it is that
they don't understand it.  ...
