While I'm watching the thread on "printing problems on V4R5" I'm having
my own problems with V4R4. Actually this is my first attempt at doing
IP printing, so it's not really related to R4.

How can I control the font and orientation of printing to an HP laser?
If I send an 80 column report it prints portrait and fills out the
entire width with a robust 10 cpi font. If I send a 132 column report
it prints landscape with a 16 some-odd cpi font.

I'd like to either rotate the 132 column 16+ cpi report to portrait, or
keep it landscape with a bigger font. Where is this sort of thing
controlled?

device description params: 3812, model 1, *lan, *ip, port 9100, font
011 (changing this doesn't seem to matter), *hp6, *hppjldrv

thanks, folks. This list is great!

Dean
