Ok another shot .  What about hte page lenght that is set int hte printer??
maybe it needs increased from the default of 60.

Print Separator Page  is *NO

This only happens on reports that extend down to nearly the bottom of
the page.  There are no blank lines at the end of the report but
something is forcing an extra Form feed to the printer.
