Why such gosh awful type styles?

Lately I've been getting a couple of type styles.  One is huge and a pain
to read.  We recently changed out our gateway and upgraded our email server
and are no longer seeing html messages showing the html script.  Is this
awful huge typestyle html stuff?

Regular stuff:
It is  only "very wrong" when viewed...

Big stuff:
        DCL  &CMD  *CHAR 256
