still not good enough since one presumably plans for several runs
and can spread the fixed costs over these. There is just a lot more
to it than the simple, blind, and naive application of a formula.
But we are getting of topic, so I think it is time to close down
this thread before Dave asks us to. How is that for having the
last word?  :-)
