| It's not the size of the company that matters, but rather 
the strength of the argument.  If IBM sends you a plain text e-mail, how do 
you suppose they will type the brand in question?  The astronauts will 
not likely be bankrupted in court ... a law firm might take this one on a 
contingency basis.  There may be more to gain than the fair market 
value of their company, so why sell.  Dumb name or not, they are poised to 
receive a fortuitous windfall.   ... planet earth is Blue, and there's nothing I can do ...
