QSPCRTSP is attempting to change to the library list of the user BEFORE swapping to the user when doing a SNDTCPSPLF. The libraries are set to PUBLIC *EXCLUDE on the customer's system and the user is part of a group profile that has *USE authority to them. QTCP does not have *USE authority to the libraries, therefore, CPF2182 'Not authorized to library xxxxxx.' is issued in the LPD job logs. LOCAL FIX: Give QTCP *USE authority to the libraries referenced in CPF2182. PROBLEM SUMMARY: When creating spooled files on behalf of another user with the use of the QSPCRTSP API, MSGCPF2182 could result if the current user does not have *USE authority to all of the libraries in the library list of the user that the file is being spooled under. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: An OS/400 system program has been changed to swap to the profile that the spooled file will be created under, before changing to that user's library list.
