Running as QSECOFR  do  GO LICPGM.  Check option 10 to see what's installed.     (Or just see if library QUSRTOOL is there).

If no QUSRTOOL (an optional part of OS/400), run option 11 to install (from OS/400 CD's).

Okay, here's a completely "newbie" question: we're on V4R4. How do I find
out if QUSRTOOLS are installed, and how would I install them if they
aren't?
