Thanks Neil. Are there any special requirements that you know of, or is this
the regular OS upgrade?

Yes, you can do a single step upgrade from V4R1 to V4R5.
If you're on V3R7 you need to go to V4R1, V4R2, or (preferably) V4R3 first.

We have a model 620 and are considering the upgrade from V4R1 to V4R5, and
I'm having trouble finding out whether or not this is an upgrade path or if
this is a step upgrade, i.e. V4R1 to V4R3, then to V4R5. Can anyone help?
Thanks.
