Application of the lates CUM PTF package resolved the problem for me but I
still can't understand why there was a problem.  My 620 has work flawlessly
since day one at V4R1 and continued worked through the upgrades up to V4R4.
My 170, which shipped at V4R4 didn't work "out of the box".  They have
preumably been at the same PTF levels all along but obviously I missed
something somewhere.
