Netfinity Ethernet card (HH) -- MIDRANGE-L

I've got a Netfinity 3500 M-20 with an integrated ethernet card (10/100) that
is acting flakey. IBM Support tells me that they are having problems with the
card all over the place. However, they don't give me an option to replace the
card. Anyone have any success with third-party cards?
