All,

We have several clients that have asked our opinion on connection their
AS/400 to the net in a B2B environment. We are specifically looking at B2B
environment where VPNs would be a viable solution. I have the following
survey question.

1) Is your AS/400 connected directly to the net? (a unique routable internet
address)
2) If not, does your firewall support L2TP passthrough? (Please check with
networking if not sure)
3) If not, would you upgrade if only a software upgrade was necessary on the
router?
4) Are you already connecting your AS/400 to other partners using a VPN?

Thanks,
-Walden
