To All, I've seen a couple of posts that seems to indicate that RSTDSP(*YES) is not working. Since we just recently upgraded to 4.5 I decided to test it out. I wrote a program that displays a screen. When you press enter it calls a program that pops up a window (that overlayed the screen correctly). When you return, the program goes into an endless loop so I could see if the screen was redisplayed by the system when the called program ended. It did not restore the display, even though the display file is coded with RSTDSP (*YES). This seems to be a problem. Is anyone else having this problem and/or is there a PTF?
