here is command I used to restore some objects from a SAVSYS tape on our
V4R4 system.
I first did a dsptap to get the label.
Using this method saved my skin a couple of times during CISC-RISC upgrades
after
finding out the hard way that they had put user objects in QSYS.
 RSTOBJ OBJ(WRKA*) SAVLIB(QSYS) DEV(TAP01) OBJTYPE(*CMD) VOL(FULL)
 LABEL(Q5769SS1440240005) RSTLIB(QTEMP)
7 objects restored from QSYS to QTEMP.

I need to restore an object to QSYS from a system save tape. However, I
can't figure out which tape label to use. The first label is QFILEIML, the
second one is Q5769SS1450M.0001, the third one is Q5769SS1450M.0002, etc.
On the RSTOBJ command you can specify a sequence number (SEQNBR) but you
still have to specify a tape label. Is there a way to say that you want to
ignore the label and use the file specified by the SEQNBR?
