Re: accessing the records in a history file

Is it feasible to move the records for a particular year to a new member of the 
file so that all the records pertaining to 1994 for instance, would be in a 
separate member.  They could be accessed if necessary, relatively quickly and 
would not be 'in the way' when running daily reports.
