Don't have any manuals with me, so this is a guess, but I think it's a 
problem with the twinax workstation controller on the MFIOP.
Try the usual - reseat the card, make sure the cables are tightly 
connected, system console on port 0 address 0. and try IPL again.

Is there an online document that lists SRC codes?

I'm trying to IPL an old model 200 (V3R2) and get SRC code 2661-0001.
Any ideas what that error means?
