Nope.

It's still 99.999%.

Microsoft only uses Microsoft generated numbers in calculating this.

And the web server that they base it off of is probally sitting in a
locked room without a connection to the outside.  That server is still
up & running, so they won't change the numbers.

nope. it would be "only" 0.251%, [8766/22] and it would reduce
the percentage to 99.748.....
