I have been using
this command in a few CL programs however the recipient has always been "hard
coded". I am now trying to use this from an RPG program and I cannot
send parms. I tried just calling a CL program that executes the SNDEMAIL
command and pass the email address. However I get that the path contains
null characters. How can I pass an email address to this command or the CL
without having to basically recreate the whole program
again.
I see from the CL
that Address is 7847 characters long to account for multiple recipients.
Do I have to define a DS and then pass the whole DS in specifying where each
address could appear, name of recipient and the type (ie. *PRI...)
or can I somehow just pass an email address and message to the command and
except all other defaults so the DS will get created when the CL is
called?
