I went round and round with trying to figure out what was set up wrong on our system.  Everything looked right and all the help I got from here turned up nothing.  I finally called IBM,  he walked me through everything and  he thought everything was set up correctly.  I gave him an line to dial in on.   The only thing he changed was he removed one of the names from my host table that appeared under more than one IP,  and did a clear on some log.  That did the trick.  So it might be worth calling them they will get you up and going, instead of driving yourself crazy trying to find an error.

Hi Dimitri,

That didn't work neither.  Is it possible you can share your configuration for SMTP from TABLE ENTRY, CHGSMTPA, WRKDIRE, CHGDSTA and any other helpful information.
