Oh @#*&%!  I found it.  Way, www-aaaa-yyy back when, upon going to 15 CPI and 8 
LPI exclusively,
that meant with the old large computer greenbar paper, there were 198 print 
positions per line. 
My printer file by the name of PRINTER in QGPL is still defined with a width of 
198, even though
we haven't had that paper for probably 7 or 8 years.  I tested a job with an 
OVRPRTF to a width
of 150 and that cleared it up.  Now I'll just put all my ducks in a row before 
permanently
changing that print file to a width of 150.
